All of our products are stored in our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan. Shipping is comparable to any other domestic, U.S. based shipping rates.
We work with dozens of manufacturers from around the world. Depending on the complexity of the item and the location of the manufacturer, it can take between one and four months to complete custom orders.
Absolutely! If you are interested in an item that is not in stock, leave your email in the field titled "Enter your email address to check availability." We will get back to you as soon as possible with more details on when the item will be back in stock. We place orders with our manufacturers in Nepal every four to eight months. If you would like to get an item before the next restocking period, ask about custom orders.

We have a thirty-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your order within thirty days of the purchase, contact us and we will arrange the return to be made.
Norbu is based in northern California on the property of Gomde California. We also manage pop-up stores at other meditation centers around the world. Contact us to see if there is a Norbu location nearby.
You can still purchase any Norbu item online. We offer standard domestic, two-day, and overnight shipping options.
